Registered Nurse - Health and Medical Care, Services for Persons with Disabilities

Your responsibilities We are a team of registered nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. As a registered nurse, you are responsible for health and medical care within your area of expertise in residential facilities under the Services for Persons with Disabilities program, where residents have LSS decisions. The target group is primarily adults with some form of functional disability—a fantastic group to work with! You are responsible for ensuring that medical interventions work well for our service users and coordinate contacts with physicians and other professionals within primary care and the Region. The work involves supervising smaller and larger staff groups. Working hours are daytime with on-call duty approximately every sixth weekend. About you You have a strong ability to work independently while actively contributing to well-functioning teamwork with various professional disciplines. You value person-centered care and work with the understanding that the individual is an important and central part of planning and implementing services. You demonstrate respectful and professional conduct and are attentive and open in your interactions with both service users and their relatives. You collaborate well with others and contribute to good communication and cooperation both within the organization and with external partners. Personal suitability will be given considerable weight. Requirements Registered nurse license Class B driver's license Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, so you can communicate with service users, relatives, and colleagues, write and access care documentation Heavy lifting occurs; mechanical lifting aids must be used. Smoking and pets are present in the workplace, so you should not have allergies. We warmly welcome your application!
