Work Duties
To ensure you get the best possible start with us, we offer an individually tailored introduction and onboarding in consultation with your manager and mentor. As a registered nurse with us, you will lead patient care together with your colleagues. Since our patient intake occurs around the clock, assessments and treatments are conducted to a large extent during night hours as well.
Night shift employment at 100% position. Working night shifts in our Acute Care Department, you will have the opportunity to control your own schedule to a very high degree as both position level and schedule are individually adapted. The current working time agreement at 100% night shift employment provides a weekly work time of 30:15 hours, which means approximately 15 work shifts in a five-week period.
Qualifications
Licensed registered nurse. We place great emphasis on qualities such as good patient interaction, collaboration and initiative abilities, and a sense of responsibility. We prefer that you have at least one year of experience.
