The Care Administration, with approximately 1,275 employees, encompasses five operational areas. These are regular housing, special housing, LSS and social psychiatry, HSL and short-term residential care, and management support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role as a registered nurse, you have ongoing medical responsibility for patients and make independent observations and assessments. Documentation is done in the journal system Lifecare HSL and APPVA.
Short-term residential care provides a varied intake of patients with different care needs. Everything from preventing illness to managing acute conditions.
We strive for strong teamwork with the patient at the center, where guidance of care staff and distribution and coordination of care work is a large part.
Contact with next of kin is a natural part of the work.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed registered nurse. Further education in district, elderly, or psychiatric care is an asset.
The position requires that you can both work independently and be a team player. The assignment includes coaching care staff, so it is important that you have good pedagogical skills, are responsive, and are available for the care staff.
As a person, you are structured and can prioritize your work.
Of course, you have good interpersonal skills and are confident in your professional role.
We will place great emphasis on personal qualities and suitability.
Before employment, you may be required to provide a valid extract from the police criminal record and suspicion register. You apply for the extract via the Police website, polisen.se.
