Where you will work
Home Care Lund is a newly established operation in strong growth. Your work as a registered nurse will therefore, in addition to patient care, involve assisting with introduction, training, and delegation of a growing team. You will mentor home care staff in their daily work regarding health and medical care-related tasks. You are responsible for both long-term planning through work with risk assessments and health plans, as well as acute interventions when something unexpected occurs.
Who are you?
You are responsible, independent, and confident in making priorities and leading others. You enjoy mentoring staff on health and medical care matters, are unpretentious, and are motivated by organizing patient care in the best possible way together with your colleagues.
Your role includes continuous dialogue with relatives and informing them of changes in health status. You collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and possibly other contacts, both internal and external, to ensure good patient care.
Job Description
We are currently looking for a colleague for a permanent position with a probationary period at 75-100% employment, starting by agreement.
Licensed Registered Nurse
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
B-class driving license
Merits
We would like to see that you have previous experience in elderly care.

Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the police criminal record register. We also require valid Swedish work authorization, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
