The Nurse Role
At Outpatient Unit 2, the nurse has a coordinating and supportive role based on decided care interventions following the initial assessment.
The work also includes telephone advice to patients, relatives, and collaborating partners, as well as medication follow-up. As part of our multiprofessional team, you provide individualized support and guidance to strengthen the patient's ability to manage daily life and stress, develop relational skills, and use or establish psychosocial support.
The position includes collaboration with the clinic's inpatient care, on-call services, and other units, as well as some on-call duty work. Connected to the on-call services are also addiction treatment, lithium clinic, and a sampling unit.

The clinic is in an active development phase with several competency-enhancing initiatives for all staff groups.
Our multiprofessional teams consist of social workers, psychologists, nurses, care assistants, psychotherapists, behavioral scientists, rehabilitation coordinators, psychiatrists, physicians, and occupational and physical therapists from the rehabilitation center. We also have close collaboration with the clinic's care administrators.

Your Profile
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Specialist education and/or experience in psychiatry is advantageous but not required.
You have good knowledge of psychiatry or an interest in developing in this area. To thrive with us, you need to have a holistic perspective, be curious, receptive, and have good collaboration skills. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for your tasks, and enjoy working in a flexible role where collaboration and coordination are central. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

You also contribute to coordinated care planning in preparation for discharge and handover to, for example, municipal services and primary care.

We offer a permanent full-time position with daytime working hours, Monday–Friday. Start date by agreement.
