About the Role As a Registered Nurse in Stockholm, you will be responsible for patient care and safety, including assessing care needs, medication management, wound care, documentation, and collaborating with doctors and care teams. Administer medications according to prescriptions and ensure proper medication management. Perform wound care and assess healing processes. Document care interventions in patient records in accordance with regulations. Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes. Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to provide the best possible care. Ensure hygiene and patient safety protocols. What You Bring Valid nursing degree and active licensure in Sweden. Experience in clinical nursing care, preferably in a relevant healthcare area. Strong ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Valid certifications as required locally (e.g., CPR/Basic Life Support). You are driven and take responsibility for your work.
