Your Role As a nurse with us, you will have independent and varied work where you play an important role in patient care. You will work with telephone advice, assessment and triage, as well as patient meetings in scheduled reception. Here you will meet both patients with planned care needs and patients seeking help for more acute complaints, which provides exciting variety in the work and broad clinical experience. Work is conducted in close collaboration with doctors and other professionals at the health center to create safe, accessible, and person-centered care. Your Qualifications We are looking for you who is a registered nurse. Experience with telephone advice, triage, and working in the Cosmic medical records system is a merit. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, contributes to a good work environment, and enjoys collaborating with others. You have the ability to prioritize, find solutions, and handle varying situations at work with a calm and professional approach. You enjoy contributing ideas and engagement in the development of our operations and working methods. Our Operations Tierp Health Center is located between Uppsala and Gävle with good commute options. From Uppsala, both trains and buses run every half hour during rush hour, and the health center is within walking distance of the station. We have approximately 19,700 registered patients, making us one of the country's largest health centers. We have approximately 120 employees with different professions who together work with the entire primary care mission. Our patients are both young and old and live in Tierp and the surrounding rural areas.
