Your Role with Us The role is varied and combines clinical work with reception, telephone duties, and administrative tasks. To thrive with us, you need to appreciate a broad role where you alternate between patient care work, service, and administration. You need to have very good computer skills and be thorough, self-driven, and flexible. It is a merit if you have experience with the systems Kuralink and Webdoc. As a registered nurse with us, you have a key role in the daily work at the clinic. You work independently and take significant personal responsibility for planning, prioritizing, and driving your work forward with high quality. At the same time, we work closely together as a team and help each other wherever needed to ensure the clinic runs optimally. Your duties are varied and include: Clinical Work: You perform, among other things, EKGs, spirometry, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, long-term EKGs, stress tests, and infusions. Introduction and training in the different clinical procedures are included as part of your onboarding. Reception and Patient Service: You receive and register patients, assist with bookings, and contribute to a professional, warm, and smooth patient flow at the clinic. Telephone: You handle incoming calls from patients and other parties. Administration: You work with ongoing administrative tasks related to patients, bookings, insurance matters, and the clinic's daily operations. Medical Service: You handle tasks such as rinsing, sterilization, and other practical work that contributes to the clinic running efficiently. Quality Assurance: We place great emphasis on thoroughness and work together to ensure our patients receive care and service of the highest quality. Who Are You? We are looking for a licensed registered nurse who enjoys a varied role where you can combine your medical expertise with service and administration. You enjoy having many points of contact, are solution-oriented, and find it easy to switch between different tasks throughout the day. About Hedda Care Hedda Care is a Swedish healthcare company that delivers healthcare services to private individuals, insurance companies, businesses, and regions. The company was founded in autumn 2019 and has experienced very rapid growth since then. Today, Hedda Care has clinics in Stockholm and Malmö.
