The Registered Nurse Role at the Dialysis Clinic Ward F is an outpatient clinic with 24 hemodialysis stations with a focus on leveraging patients' self-care abilities. Your Profile We are looking for a licensed registered nurse with an interest in building good and secure patient relationships. We are seeking someone who can complement our team, with emphasis placed on personal suitability. Whether you are new to your role as a registered nurse or an experienced nurse with solid expertise, you can contribute to our operations. Our Offer to You With us, you will work in a specialized healthcare environment with long-term care relationships at a pleasant workplace in modern facilities with engaged colleagues and close leadership. The care unit is an outpatient clinic with 24 hemodialysis stations. We work to increase patient engagement where patients, according to their ability and preference, manage all or part of their treatment themselves. As a newly hired registered nurse, you will receive thorough introduction training over 6 weeks with 2 experienced dialysis nurses so you gradually become confident in both work tasks and technology. During a work shift, you are responsible for 3 patients, which creates good conditions for safe patient care and high quality. You work together with a colleague as we have 2 nurses per unit, which provides continuous support, collaboration, and security in daily work. You will have specific nursing responsibility for some patients and their long-term planning and treatment. As a nurse with us, you will have technical, stimulating, and independent work but are never alone. Working hours are 06:45-15:30 or 11:30-19:30 and you work 2 Saturdays out of 5. Sundays the care unit is closed. Hemodialysis is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6:45-19:30 and Tuesday, Thursday 6:45-15:30 and Saturday 6:45-15:00. We use a preference-based scheduling system. We are seeking several nurses for temporary assignments as we have several employees on parental leave; you can choose to work 80-100%. Start date by agreement. If you are newly educated, you will also participate in our in-depth introduction program (RIU) for newly graduated nurses which runs during your first year with us.
