The role of registered nurse at the dialysis clinic Care Unit F is an outpatient dialysis clinic with 24 hemodialysis stations with a focus on utilizing the patient's self-care ability. Your profile We are looking for you who are a licensed registered nurse with an interest in building good and secure patient relationships. We are seeking someone who can complement our team and emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Whether you are new in your role as a registered nurse or an experienced nurse with solid experience, you can contribute to our operations. The care unit is an outpatient dialysis clinic with 24 hemodialysis stations. We work to increase patient participation where patients, according to their own ability and wishes, can manage all or part of their treatment themselves. As a newly hired registered nurse you will receive comprehensive training for 6 weeks with 2 experienced dialysis nurses so you gradually become confident in both work tasks and technology. During a work shift you are responsible for 3 patients which creates good conditions for patient safe care and high quality. You work together with a colleague as we have 2 registered nurses per unit which provides continuous support, collaboration and security in daily work. You will have special nursing responsibility for several patients and their long-term planning and treatment. As a registered nurse with us you get technical, stimulating and independent work but are never alone. Working hours are 06:45-15:30 or 11:30-19:30 and you work 2 Saturdays out of 5. Sundays the care unit is closed. Hemodialysis is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6:45-19:30 and Tuesday, Thursday 6:45-15:30 and Saturday 6:45-15:00. We use a wish schedule. We are seeking several registered nurses for temporary positions as we have several employees on parental leave, you can choose to work 80-100 percent. Start date by agreement. If you are newly educated you will also participate in our in-depth introduction program (RIU) for newly graduated registered nurses which runs during your first year with us.
