The Registered Nurse Role at the Dialysis Clinic Ward F is an outpatient clinic with 24 hemodialysis stations and focuses on leveraging patients' self-care abilities. The goal is to create engaged patients who can live an active life with good quality of life despite chronic illness. Your Profile We are looking for a licensed registered nurse with an interest in building good and secure patient relationships. We are seeking someone who can complement our team, with emphasis on personal suitability. Whether you are new to your role as a registered nurse or an experienced nurse with solid experience, you can contribute to our operations. We see that you have a drive to develop and want to contribute to the facility's development. As a person, you have a positive attitude and are communicative, you enjoy technology, and have good collaboration skills. Since you will be working in close collaboration with patients, we believe it is important that you are skilled at building relationships to help patients feel secure and engaged in their treatment. Our Offer to You With us, you will work in a specialized care environment with long-term care relationships at a pleasant workplace in modern facilities with dedicated colleagues and close leadership. The ward is an outpatient clinic with 24 hemodialysis stations. We work to increase patient involvement where patients, according to their ability and preference, can manage all or parts of their treatment themselves. As a newly hired registered nurse, you will receive thorough training over 6 weeks with 2 experienced dialysis nurses to gradually become confident in both work tasks and technology. During each shift, you are responsible for 3 patients, which creates good conditions for safe patient care and high quality. You work together with a colleague as we have 2 nurses per room, which provides continuous support, collaboration, and security in daily work. You will have specific nursing responsibility for several patients and their long-term planning and treatment. As a nurse with us, you will have technical, stimulating, and independent work but are never alone. Working hours are 06:45-15:30 or 11:30-19:30, and you work 2 Saturdays out of 5. Sundays the ward is closed. Hemodialysis is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6:45-19:30 and Tuesday, Thursday 6:45-15:30 and Saturday 6:45-15:00. We use a preference-based schedule. We are recruiting several nurses for temporary positions as we have several employees on parental leave; you can choose to work 80-100%. Start date by agreement. If you are newly qualified, you will also participate in our advanced onboarding program (RIU) for newly graduated nurses, which runs during your first year with us.
