About Us Närhälsan Borås urgent care center is an evening and weekend-open urgent care facility whose mission is to provide good care when regular health centers are closed. At our facility, patients of all ages seek care for both minor and serious acute conditions, ranging from wounds and burns and suspected fractures to various types of infections. We work in teams with nursing assistants, registered nurses, doctors, and medical secretaries. Borås urgent care center is open Monday-Friday 5:00 PM-10:00 PM and weekends and public holidays 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. About the Work Your tasks at Borås urgent care center span a broad field of work and encompass general medicine where you meet patients of all ages and situations. The tasks are varied and the patient is in focus. The work includes, among other things, triage, patient examination, and assisting doctors in various procedures. You will work both independently and in teams with other staff categories at the urgent care center. We work in the medical record system Asynja Visph. About You You are a registered nurse. It is an advantage if you have experience from primary care, hospital wards, or acute care. You meet many patients in this work, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a willingness to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and it is self-evident for you to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts. Interviews at the urgent care center take place continuously during the application period. We warmly welcome your application! About the Recruitment Process Selection is done in two steps. The initial selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite relevant candidates to a phone interview. After that, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the health center. We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe situations as concretely as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
