Right now, our client in Gothenburg is looking for a dedicated ocean freight forwarder for a longer consulting assignment – perfect for you who recently graduated and want to get your foot in the door and develop in the industry. About the Position This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 14 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the company. Responsibilities In this role as an ocean freight forwarder for imports, you will support the daily operations. You will work closely with experienced freight forwarders and contribute to several parts of the transport flow. Your main tasks include handling bookings, registering assignments in the business system, monitoring shipments, and ensuring that information is updated and correct. You will also have some contact with customers and suppliers via email, where you answer questions and follow up on matters. You will among other things: Handle and follow up on transport bookings Register assignments and information in business systems Monitor shipments and ensure that flows proceed according to plan Have basic contact with customers and suppliers via email Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Completed post-secondary education in freight forwarding/logistics LIA/work experience in ocean export is highly meritorious Good computer and system skills, knowledge of CargoWise is meritorious Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written To be successful in this role, you are a quick learner and driven person who quickly grasps new tasks – something that is especially important in a consulting assignment. You have a strong desire to develop and enjoy learning more about logistics and ocean freight forwarding. You are curious, solution-oriented, and thrive in an environment where the pace is high and where you take responsibility. Your ability to quickly adapt and contribute to the team's common goals makes you a valuable resource throughout the assignment.
