About the Position As an ocean freight forwarder, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring international ocean shipments. You have daily contact with customers, shipping companies, carriers, and agents to ensure efficient and high-quality transportation solutions. Key Responsibilities Plan and book ocean freight shipments. Manage transportation and freight documentation. Maintain ongoing contact with customers, suppliers, and international partners. Monitor shipments and handle discrepancies. Ensure high service and quality throughout the entire transport chain. Invoicing and administrative follow-up. About You You have several years of experience in ocean export and preferably import. You have basic knowledge of international transport and logistics chains. You thrive in a role with many contact points and a fast-paced environment. You are organized, meticulous, and solution-oriented. You have good computer skills and preferably experience with freight forwarding or business systems. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
