About the Role As a Sea Export Specialist, you will manage and coordinate export matters within sea freight. You are responsible for driving your assignments forward, meeting deadlines, and ensuring that customer shipments are handled correctly from start to finish. The role involves many points of contact, both internally and externally, and you will work closely with colleagues, customers, shipping lines, and other partners. You will handle varying export flows, including more complex customer arrangements and shipments where experience, prioritization skills, and attention to detail are key success factors. You will be part of a team consisting of a branch manager, team lead, three colleagues in export, and one colleague in import. The team is characterized by collaboration, knowledge sharing, and shared responsibility for delivering high quality at a fast pace. Examples of Responsibilities Manage and coordinate sea export bookings from start to finish Ensure correct documentation and follow-up in the export flow Work with reefers and more complex customer arrangements Maintain ongoing contact with customers, shipping lines, agents, and internal functions Prioritize and drive matters forward in a high-pace environment Ensure that deadlines are met and customer needs are handled professionally Work in CargoWise 1 and Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams Contribute to good collaboration and an efficient daily operation in the team We are Looking for You If You Have at least 3 years of experience in sea freight forwarding, with clear experience in sea export Are comfortable with export processes and experienced in independently driving matters forward Have experience with reefers and preferably more complex customer arrangements Are comfortable working at a high pace and can prioritize when multiple matters are ongoing in parallel Are structured, thorough, and take responsibility Are a team player who thrives in a team where you help each other Have good system experience, preferably from CargoWise 1 Communicate fluently in Swedish and English To thrive in this role, we believe you are driven, solution-oriented, and confident in your professional role. You are accustomed to working closely with customers, have a good understanding of what is required in international transport flows, and take responsibility for ensuring that your assignments maintain quality throughout. About the Position This is a consulting assignment with a large international logistics company with placement in Landskrona. The assignment initially runs through the end of September, but for the right person there are good opportunities for extension as the operation has a clear ambition to grow.
