The company is growing and we are looking for you—an independent, trained carpenter with professional certification. You will work both independently and in small teams in close collaboration with a work supervisor. As an independent carpenter, you will, among other things: Work with varied tasks in new construction, renovations, and remodeling. Follow building codes and ensure quality of work and document progress. Have some customer contact; in the projects you work on, ensure the best possible service to our customers. Conduct and document self-inspections on an ongoing basis. Follow our policy regarding zero tolerance for discrimination and harassment. Desired Profile: At least 2 years of work experience as a Carpenter Professional certification as a Carpenter via BYN You are capable of physically demanding work B-class driver's license Swedish language skills in speech and writing—as this is a requirement for good communication and documentation of your work We are looking for you if you: Find variation and rapid changes motivating; since we are a small company focused on customer needs, we must be able to adapt quickly. Have a humane worldview; we have zero tolerance for harassment, demeaning jokes, and offensive statements in the workplace. We want everyone at the company to feel included and well treated. It is meritorious if you have: Relevant training, hot work certification, scaffolding certification, lift certification, roof safety certification, BE-class driver's license, wet room certification from BKR, or have run your own business, etc. Other Information: Start: By mutual agreement Working hours: 7–16, but may vary depending on the assignments we have. Flexibility under your own responsibility. Placement: You work from home and drive directly to the work site. We have an office on Mekanikervägen in Tullinge.
