About the Position During your workdays, you will work in a varied manner with service, installations, and troubleshooting maintenance on electrical systems, primarily in healthcare and industrial environments. You will evaluate situations that arise, report any deviations with improvement and action proposals, and perform the work. You will participate in smaller projects related to electrical installations, which also include quote preparation work. You will be responsible for the oversight and maintenance of electrical systems in accordance with our customer agreements. You will become an important part of a small team based at the University Hospital and collaborating with other technical disciplines. As a team, we believe in close collaboration, so when needed, you will support other professional groups. The role is varied and involves everything from simple installation of, for example, wall outlets, switches, and light fixtures to inspections of electrical systems with a focus on preventing faults and identifying improvements. On-call duty may be part of the role once you have achieved the right competence. Qualifications • Completed electrician training • Completed apprenticeship, as we cannot accommodate the required elements • Experience reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting independently • Very good ability to communicate with customers and colleagues • Very fluent Swedish, both spoken and written • Some computer skills, as work is distributed and reported digitally Desirable Qualifications • Experience with service and maintenance in other technical areas • Experience with mechanics • B-class driver's license • Experience working with switchgear • Some experience working with MSP About You You are proactive, skilled at building good relationships, and quality-conscious. You take responsibility for the whole – from ensuring the work is performed correctly technically to using time efficiently and providing customers with professional service. You are confident in your professional role and do not hesitate to seek support from colleagues or partners when it leads to better, safer, or more cost-effective solutions. In this role, you are expected to make everyday decisions on site – for example, regarding material selection, work methods, and time requirements – with technology, safety, and economy in mind. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and are looking for someone who wants to do a good job – not just finish it. If you have high work ethic and drive, you are welcome to apply even if you are not yet completely independent. However, completed apprenticeship is a requirement.
