AB Kristianstadsbyggen (ABK) is a non-profit municipal housing company based in Kristianstad. Our mission is to build and manage rental apartments for all residential groups. ABK currently owns approximately 9,300 apartments and 230 commercial spaces in the parent company. Your Responsibilities

With us, you'll be an important part of creating comfortable and well-maintained homes for our tenants. You'll work with:
• Apartment maintenance
• Interior and exterior painting
You'll plan your own workday and maintain ongoing contact with tenants – perfect for someone who enjoys both craftsmanship and customer service.
Your Background/Your Qualities
You are an experienced painter who takes responsibility, delivers quality, and enjoys meeting people.
• At least 5 years of experience in painting
• Independent and well-organized
• Thorough, solution-oriented, and driven
• Social and service-minded
• Comfortable with both independent work and teamwork
• Swedish language proficiency, both verbal and written
• B driver's license (required)
• Painter's certification is a plus

This is a full-time position with working hours 07:00–16:00. You'll be based at our modern carpentry/painting shop in the Näsby industrial area. Start with a trial employment period at ABK.
