Self-Motivated Warehouse Worker

We are looking for careful and self-motivated employees for our "Pack & Pick" department in Helsingborg. The work tasks mainly involve sorting, picking, and packaging products that our customers have ordered online. We are looking for someone who is independent, responsible, and enjoys moving around during the entire workday. We have daily targets for the number of packages that need to be packed and picked, so you need to be efficient and work at a high pace during your shift. Who are you? As a person, it is important that you are self-motivated, careful, and a quick learner. Furthermore, you are organized, stress-resistant, and have a strong work ethic. To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy working independently during the day and not get bored by repetitive tasks. We believe you would appreciate putting on your favorite music in your headphones and then getting started with your shift. Previous warehouse work experience is not required but is a merit. About JTI Ventures JTI Ventures AB is an e-commerce company located at Väla Södra in Helsingborg. The business started in early 2016, and since then we have grown from a 20 sqm garage to a facility of over 6000 sqm. Today we have approximately 25 employees distributed across warehouse, office, and management. We sell our products on several of Europe's largest marketplaces as well as in our own online stores.
