Your Role As a car rental agent, you will handle our customers' rental car experience all the way through, from booking and pickup to return, as well as handle follow-ups and inquiries that come in. Working Hours You and your colleagues will work on a rotating schedule, alternating between opening and closing shifts as well as weekend work every other week. Station hours: Weekdays: 07:00-19:00 Saturdays: 08:00-15:00 Sundays: 12:00-18:00 This is a permanent position with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Your Responsibilities Customer meetings over the counter, by phone, and by email. Actively work with needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products. Risk assessment. Establish and maintain customer relationships. Delivery of rental vehicles. Car washing and damage inspection. Administrative tasks. About You Trustworthy. Natural service orientation. Results-driven. Responsible. Ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and positive attitude. You Have Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written. Class B driver's license (manual) for at least 1 year. Good computer skills. About the Employer Sixt rent a car was founded in Munich by the Sixt family in 1912. Sixt went public in the mid-1980s and became market leader in several European countries, especially in Germany. Sixt is still owned by the Sixt family and is currently run by Alexander and Konstantin Sixt, the two sons of Erik and Regine Sixt. In Sweden, Sixt operates as a franchise and is located in most major cities, airports, and train stations with approximately 120 rental locations from Kiruna in the north to Malmö in the south, and we are continuously expanding to new offices. Our business idea is to provide our customers with mobility solutions from 1 day up to 3 years.
