As a Site Manager in Trollhättan, you will have a key role with responsibility for operations, business, customer relationships, and development in a technically advanced and mission-critical environment. About the Role As Site Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing one of Coor's most comprehensive IFM deliveries in Trollhättan. You have overall responsibility for operations, finances, quality, and customer relationships with a focus on stable and secure delivery and continued business development. You lead the operations through five operations managers and are responsible for service areas including facility maintenance, logistics, inventory, and security. The role involves close collaboration with the customer where you drive development, build long-term relationships, and create value for both the customer and Coor. You report to the Contract Manager and are part of the delivery's management team. Your Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and follow up on operations through your Operations Managers Manage budget, results, and financial monitoring Ensure efficient, safe, and quality delivery Develop and deepen customer relationships at both operational and strategic levels Drive change, development, and improvement initiatives Contribute to business development and continued growth within the delivery Create engagement, collaboration, and strong results through present and clear leadership Who Are You? You have experience leading through other managers, business responsibility, and high-level customer dialogue. You thrive in a complex operation where you combine strategic thinking with operational effectiveness. Through clear and inclusive leadership, you create results with a focus on quality, development, and profitability. We See That You Have Multiple years of experience in a leading position within Facility Management, technical building operations, technical management, or related field. At least 3 years of experience leading through subordinate managers in a larger organization. Experience managing operations with multiple functions, extensive personnel responsibility, and budget and results responsibility. At least 5 years of experience in technical building operations and good knowledge of building technical systems such as energy, ventilation, and control systems. Experience leading operations or deliveries in mission-critical environments with high demands for operational reliability, quality, and safety. Multiple years of experience independently managing strategic customer relationships and business dialogue at management level. Documented experience driving change and development initiatives in larger organizations. Experience with personnel-intensive operations with collectively employed staff and collaboration with labor unions. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written. Class B driver's license. Meritorious Experience from larger integrated Facility Management deliveries.
