In connection with the growing number of orders we are implementing, we are looking for an experienced colleague for the position of Site Manager (Construction Supervisor of Technological Systems). Job Responsibilities - Management of technological system implementation directly on-site. - Organization and coordination of installation work of our employees and subcontractors. - Supervision of compliance with project documentation, technical standards, and contractual requirements. - Oversight of adherence to construction schedule and deadlines for individual phases. - Quality control of performed work and acceptance of individual parts of the project. - Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety, fire protection, and environmental protection regulations. - Daily communication with the customer, investor's technical supervisor, designers, and project manager. - Coordination of material deliveries, machinery, and installation capacity. - Maintenance of construction log, installation documentation, and regular reporting on implementation progress. - Cooperation during technology commissioning, functional testing, equipment testing, and project handover to the customer. We Require - Secondary or university education in a technical field (mechanical, construction, energy, or related disciplines). - Experience in managing installation or construction work in industrial operations. - Experience with implementation of technological or investment systems is an advantage. - Ability to read technical and design documentation. - Natural authority and ability to manage a work team on-site. - Independence, responsibility, and ability to operatively resolve emerging situations. - Good organizational and communication skills. - Willingness to travel for implemented projects. - Driver's license category B. - Knowledge of English or another language is an advantage.
