Your Main Areas of Responsibility • Lead, coach, and develop the site's management team and organization • Ensure the business reaches set targets within productivity, quality, delivery, safety, and finances • Manage budget, results, and monitoring of the business's key metrics • Ensure efficient staffing and resource planning based on operational needs • Create the right conditions for a safe workplace and systematic occupational health and safety work • Drive change and improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and customer value • Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, and legal requirements in operations • Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure high delivery quality • Collaborate closely with other functions and units to create efficient flows and achieve common goals • Actively contribute to DHL Supply Chain's regional development through collaboration and knowledge sharing • Foster engaging leadership where employees develop, take responsibility, and work toward common goals What We're Looking For We believe you are a leader who creates engagement through clarity, presence, and trust. At the same time, you have a business perspective and see opportunities to develop both working methods and operations. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: • Several years of leadership experience within logistics, warehousing, production, or other operational activities • Experience with budget and profit responsibility • Experience coaching and leading through other managers or supervisors • Experience driving change and improvement initiatives • Good understanding of key metrics and operational management • A structured approach and ability to prioritize in a changing environment • Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Good proficiency in Excel, the Office suite, and experience working with business and reporting systems • Strong drive and decision-making ability, with the capacity to act quickly when situations demand it and create momentum in operations • Knowledge of and understanding for strategic occupational health and safety work • Experience working cross-functionally with other functions and units to achieve common goals Post-secondary education in logistics and/or economics is a merit.
