Site Manager for medical gas production in Mullsjö

About the Role
As Site Manager, you lead an engaged team consisting of a warehouse and transport coordinator and four production operators. Your task is to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production of medical gas for external customers.
You have overall responsibility for the filling station. This means you drive productivity improvements through LEAN principles while strictly adhering to medical regulations and safety standards. To succeed in this role, you need precise, careful, and structured leadership, where administrative competence is of great importance.
Key Areas of Responsibility
In this role, you have broad responsibility spanning both strategic development and daily operations:
You are responsible for personnel and resource planning as well as in-house training of your team. You coach and develop your team members.
Ensure that all work complies with applicable safety and quality requirements. You keep procedures and quality documentation updated in collaboration with quality and regulatory departments.
Lead and coordinate production, transport execution, and warehouse management. You also drive validation work at the facility.
Manage costs, handle budget, and take responsibility for procurement of materials and services. You develop and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsible for ensuring service and maintenance occur according to plan. You drive improvement initiatives to increase site efficiency and continuously work to promote a good work environment.
Your Profile
To fit the role of Site Manager, we're looking for someone who is a confident and independent leader with the ability to build good relationships, both internally and externally. It's essential that you are very thorough, structured, and have a strong interest in change and process development. We also see that you have:
Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
2–4 years of experience in production management and production planning.
Documented leadership competencies.
Good IT skills, preferably with SAP experience.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
Experience with LEAN / Six Sigma.
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GDP (Good Distribution Practice).
Understanding of HSE/IMS policies and safe work methods.

Qualifications
