We are now looking for a structured and driven Site Maintenance Lead who wants to contribute to developing our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on maintenance activities, ensuring high availability, safety, and efficiency in production.
By working closely with production, engineering, and other support functions, you will have a key role in optimizing maintenance processes and driving continuous improvements. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Siemens Energy in Finspång, where you will have ongoing contact with the maintenance manager and maintenance department.
How You Will Impact
Planning and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance are central parts of your role.
Efficient resource planning of personnel, materials, and external suppliers is ensured through your work.
Monitoring and analysis of deviations, disruptions, and downtime are included in your responsibilities.
Driving improvement initiatives within maintenance and availability is an important part of your impact.
Structured work in maintenance systems and contribution to the development of procedures and working methods are critical for success.
What You Bring
Relevant post-secondary education in engineering, maintenance, or production (e.g., engineer, vocational program, or equivalent).
Experience with maintenance work in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Good understanding of production processes and technical systems.
Experience with maintenance planning and/or coordinating roles.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
