The National Health Service (Registration No. 90009649337) announces a competition for a position - Systems Architect/Analyst in the Data Management and Analysis Department (2511 02, for an indefinite period)
Main job responsibilities:
• Conduct institutional-level systems analysis of the National Health Service's (hereinafter - the Service) information systems and data flows, identifying development needs and opportunities for system integration;
• Analyze the Service's information system functionality, data structures, and compatibility with other state information systems;
• Develop, improve, and maintain the Service's information system architecture solutions, ensuring their compatibility, sustainable development, and compliance with architecture principles;
• Define information system architecture principles, standards, and development directions;
• Analyze business and user needs, develop requirement specifications and technical documentation for information system development;
• Coordinate the development and implementation of information system and data integration solutions in collaboration with the Service's structural units and external partners;
• Evaluate opportunities for implementing new technological solutions and provide recommendations for improving information system and data architecture;
• Consult with the Service's management and structural units on information system architecture, data management, and integration issues;
• Participate in information system development, digitalization, and data management projects, as well as working groups and architecture documentation development.
Requirements for candidates:
• Higher education in information technology, computer science, mathematics, or a related field;
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in systems analysis, information system development, data architecture, or systems architecture;
• Understanding of information system architecture principles, data modeling, data management, and data integration solutions;
• Experience in information system requirements analysis, technical specification preparation, and information system development project implementation;
• Experience working with SQL databases and ability to analyze data structures;
• Understanding of APIs, data exchange, and system integration solutions;
• Experience working with data modeling tools, BI solutions, or data warehouse technologies will be considered an advantage;
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills;
• Ability to independently plan work, make well-founded architecture decisions, and take responsibility for results;
• Excellent skills working with Microsoft 365 applications; experience working with project and task management systems (e.g., Jira) will be considered an advantage;
• State language proficiency at C1 level;
• English language proficiency at B2 level for communication with international partners.
