We are looking for an IT systems and data architect to plan the architecture of data processing projects utilizing artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and modeling methods.
Your Main Responsibilities:
plan and design the architecture of data processing projects, integrating AI, machine learning, statistical, and other data processing methods;
manage the implementation of new data sources in production processes and ensure their interoperability with existing systems;
participate in the development of data processing architecture for data publishing projects;
provide technical support to department staff on data architecture management issues;
monitor the compliance and interoperability of other department project architectures.
Examples of Projects You Will Work With:
implementation of earth observation data (Copernicus Sentinel, orthophoto, and other sources) in production processes, including building identification;
shop product classification (COICOP) using large language models and machine learning methods;
improvment of job advertisement and vacancy data scraping and processing pipeline architecture;
integration of administrative data sources, big data, and surveys in statistical production;
creation of MCP services for data analysis, development, and data extraction.
Our Requirements:
higher or incomplete higher education in computer science or a related field;
experience in designing data processing systems and databases (PostgreSQL);
understanding of machine learning and AI solution integration in production processes;
knowledge of data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and API architecture (REST, MCP);
understanding of sample and geospatial data processing (preferred);
ability to work with various data sources - administrative registers, satellite data, web data;
ability to document technical solutions and collaborate with specialists from different fields;
English language proficiency at B level (spoken and written) for understanding technical documentation and building international cooperation.

Salary Before Taxes
EUR 2,300.00 to EUR 3,000.00 (depending on previous work experience and qualifications).
