No. 40003052790 invites to work Technical Solutions Analyst Job Responsibilities Consult colleagues on e-commerce platform solutions (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.), plugin configuration and usage. Analyze client needs, business processes, and prepare requirements for the development of new functionalities and integrations. Analyze and coordinate API integration solutions, prepare technical documentation, and support the implementation of data exchange processes. Collaborate with the development team, ensuring quality transfer of business requirements and solution implementation. Test new solutions, identify issues, and ensure their successful implementation in the client environment. Gather client feedback and suggest opportunities for product, plugin, and process improvements. Requirements for Candidates Higher education in IT, information systems, computer science, or a related field. Experience as a business or systems analyst, technical consultant, or similar position. Understanding of API integrations, REST services, and data exchange principles. Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar) will be considered an advantage. Analytical thinking, ability to structure business requirements, and prepare documentation. Good communication skills in Latvian and English, working with external system implementation and maintenance partners, as well as working with technical documentation. Independence, initiative, and orientation toward quality results.
