SiS LVM-hem Hessleby, located in a beautiful forest setting just outside Mariannelund, admits men with alcohol, drug, or polysubstance abuse issues. We have special expertise in serving clients with mental health problems or disruptive behavior. We are tasked with providing care for clients with special care needs. Job Description Do you want to help create vital change for vulnerable people? Then the role of treatment assistant at SiS is a meaningful challenge. Your mission is to motivate our young people/clients toward new and less risky ways of living. As a treatment assistant, you are employed to provide care and treatment. You contribute to ensuring that ward routines function as intended. You play a major role in providing stability and security for our young people/clients, and you form the foundation of daily life activities such as schooling, cleaning, cooking, and more. You work to maintain order and security at the institution according to our procedures. Documentation is an important part of your work. You will work to build secure relationships and help our young people/clients gain the safety and security they need to break established patterns of behavior. Together with your team of dedicated colleagues such as treatment educators and treatment coordinators, you have the opportunity to achieve good results and contribute to change. You have good communication skills and can remain calm even in pressured situations. You also have the ability to collaborate with others and enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues. You must also have: - At least a 2-year post-secondary education from a folk high school or vocational school (KY/YH) or equivalent education.
