Swimming Instructor wanted in Malmö & Helsingborg – we'll train you!
Trampoolin Simskolor is looking for more wonderful swimming instructors for our facilities in Malmö and Helsingborg. We're hiring immediately!
Do you enjoy working with people and love being in the water? This could be the job for you.
We're looking for both those with experience in swim schools, baby swimming, or other water activities – and those who have never worked as a swimming instructor before. If you have the right personality and enjoy working with children, we can train you to be a swimming instructor with us.
A job you can combine with other activities
We have activities on weekday daytimes, evenings, and weekends, which makes the job perfect to combine with, for example, studies or another job.
You don't need to be available at all times. With us, you can work:
1–4 days per week
approximately 2–5 hours per session
weekday daytimes, evenings, and/or weekends
Together we'll try to find an arrangement that works for both you and our operations.
What would you like to teach?
At Trampoolin, we have groups for many different ages and levels:
Baby swimming • Swim school for children • Adult swim school • Beginner swimming • Technique groups
If you want to train and work with many different types of groups, that's great – but it's not a requirement. For example, you can choose to primarily work with baby swimming or only with children's swim school.
Who are we looking for?
We believe you're a person who is positive, confident, responsible, and good at meeting people.
Experience working with children is a merit, for example from preschool, school, sports, coaching, or similar – but it's not a requirement.
You also don't need to be a trained swimming instructor already. We train the right people.
What matters most to us is that you enjoy teaching, can create a sense of security, and want to give our participants a really great experience in the water.
About Trampoolin
Trampoolin Simskolor offers swimming activities for both children and adults – from the very first moments in the water through swim school and further technique development.
With us, it should be safe, fun, and developmental to learn to swim.
Location: Malmö and Helsingborg
Scope: 1–4 days/week, approximately 2–5 hours/session
Work hours: Weekday daytimes, evenings, and weekends
Start: Immediately
