Gross salary 1581.00 EUR per month. Responsible for: Pļaviņas, Skrīveri, and Koksnes boiler houses. Requirements for candidates: • Secondary specialized or higher education in thermal engineering or mechanical professions. • Experience performing similar job duties for at least one year. • Knowledge: Ability to assess the technical condition of heating equipment and systems, understand the installation, maintenance, and upkeep tasks of thermal equipment and systems, using technical documentation for work to be performed. Familiarity with and compliance with technical operation requirements for heating equipment and its components. Knowledge of the principles of operation of the maintained equipment and its components, their operation, monitoring, maintenance, and other regulations related to equipment operation. Ability to assess the readiness of thermal equipment and systems for operation, using visual, hydraulic, and electrotechnical inspection methods. Familiarity with the sequence of execution of mutually related work processes. Job Duties: Organize the operation of boiler houses under the company's supervision, assign tasks to employees working at these facilities, and monitor their work performance. Perform necessary inspections of boiler house boilers and units. Be responsible for operations at the boiler house and compliance with operation regulations and bear full material responsibility for materials and other valuables in the boiler house and on its territory. In addressing system failures, be responsible for the operation of individual heat substations and boiler houses. Monitor proper accounting and consumption of thermal energy, monthly perform accounting at all company thermal energy consumption facilities, and submit indicators to accounting. Ability to provide heating equipment installation materials, tools, technical support equipment, and devices necessary for work performance, observing the planned work schedule. Ability to manage heat source, heat network, and building internal system maintenance and installation. Submit suggestions to the technical director and board for improvements in heating equipment and heat production work. Ensure delivery of materials, tools, technical support equipment, devices, and other resources to boiler houses necessary for boiler house functional operation. Plan and perform necessary actions for fuel procurement and strategic reserve procurement, collaborate with direct supervisor during work execution.
