SIA RĒZEKNES NAMSAIMNIEKS invites energetic, active, and knowledgeable colleagues to join the team: HEAT SUPPLY AND HEATING SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN Work location – Rēznas iela 13B, Rēzekne. LV-4601 The employee may be employed at various locations – in multi-apartment residential buildings managed by the company. Job Responsibilities: Provide call-out service. Understand the structure, operating principles, and usage rules of technical equipment used in work, in accordance with workplace safety regulations. Know the sequence of execution of interconnected work processes, their rational organization, and work schedules. Monitor engineering infrastructure facilities within the service area related to heat supply, hot and cold water supply, sewage and stormwater drainage systems. When modifying or creating new engineering infrastructure nodes, ensure quality work execution and provide detailed reports. Inspect engineering infrastructure with verbal or written reports to the department supervisor, supplemented with photographs. Apply theoretical knowledge and skills in practice, continuously supplementing them. Monitor heat energy consumption at facilities connected to city heating networks and direct improvements in energy efficiency, coordinated with the department supervisor. As needed, inspect and assist plumbers in resolving issues with internal and external engineering infrastructure communications. Requirements for Candidates: Professional engineering infrastructure installer qualification corresponding to the second level of professional qualification, with at least three years of work experience in the position. State language proficiency, level B, grade 2. Category B driver's license. Ability to work with hand tools. Ability to communicate with people.
