Requirements: Secondary technical education Minimum 2 years of field experience preferred Professional driver's license category C+E Traffic psychological evaluation Operation and driving of motorized road vehicles designated for highway maintenance Job Responsibilities: - Operation of microwave asphalt pavement maintenance system and pothole repair using microwave technology: work in the Královéhradecký region (predominantly year-round), following manufacturer's professional training - Driving motorized vehicles - Pre-operation, during-operation, and post-operation inspection of motorized vehicles and equipment - Ensuring traffic flow, regulating and managing traffic during BESIP operations and emergency interventions on Class I, II, and III highways - Maintenance work on Class I, II, and III highway components and accessories - Winter road maintenance work, including spreading chemical or inert materials and plowing operations - winter season: work in Hradec Králové (occasionally) - On-call availability for winter road maintenance - In occupational health and safety (OHSAS), demonstrably familiarizing with operation manuals for all vehicles, machinery, and equipment operated - Responsibility for compliance with occupational health and safety, fire protection, and environmental regulations, orders, directives, and principles - Responsibility for maintaining workplace order - Additional direct tasks assigned by supervisor within the scope of employer's business activities Start Date: September 1, 2026 or by agreement We Offer: - Solid foundation of a stable company - 5 weeks of vacation - Meal vouchers valued at 180,- Kč - Contribution to retirement products of 1,500,- Kč / month Please send CVs to: [email protected].
