DUTIES As a Signal Technician at Infranord, you will encounter exciting, varied, enjoyable, and social work. With us, you will spend a large part of your day outdoors together with your work team and in collaboration with other colleagues. Your work varies between new construction, inspection, and troubleshooting of signal systems in our railway environment. Much of the work involves digital documentation of inspections and fault reports as part of your responsibilities. Who are you? To thrive in the role of signal technician with us, we see that you appreciate varied tasks and have a problem-solving work approach. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for your tasks, and contribute to good teamwork. You will be part of a work team with approximately 14 signal technicians. We seek someone who enjoys collaborating with others, is driven, and takes own initiatives in daily work. You have the opportunity to be flexible as travel, on-call duties at home, and weekend and night work occur. QUALIFICATIONS We seek you who have: • Completed secondary education with a focus on Electrical or Signal Technology. • Professional experience in electrical technical work • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish • B-class driver's license (manual) • Meets medical requirements for security service It is beneficial if you have: • Completed basic signal training e.g. BSG1, BSG2, and Signal Technical Principles and Basics (BSGS) • Professional experience in signal technical work within railways • Safety and Security Leader (SOS-leader) and Supervisor for A-, E-, L- protection and track guard (TSM) • Electrical Safety Leader; return current circuit, work tools and rail vehicles, low and extra-low voltage • SISÄ authorization We offer: • 29-30 days of vacation annually • Wellness allowance • Reimbursement for medical care • Reimbursement for prescription medications • Occupational pension ITP • Parental benefit supplement • Discounts on private hotel stays, major optician chains, and car rental • Discount on voluntary group insurance with Skandia Employment form: Permanent employment.
