We are looking for an experienced Iraqi chef with expertise in Iraqi shawarma! We are seeking an Iraqi chef with extensive experience and high skill in preparing traditional Iraqi shawarma, with complete knowledge of all work processes – from marinating and preparation to building the spit, grilling, and slicing. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in the shawarma field. Excellent experience building and assembling meat and chicken spits according to traditional Iraqi methods. Strong knowledge and experience preparing Iraqi shawarma marinade (seasoning) and achieving authentic Iraqi flavor. Very good experience slicing and portioning meat into properly thin slices. Professional experience working with shawarma in a restaurant environment. Attention to detail, quality awareness, and passion for serving authentic Iraqi shawarma.
