SIA "Sertifikācijas un testēšanas centrs" - a company operating on an international scale in the field of organic agriculture and machinery certification - is looking for a groundskeeper. Duties: Perform all necessary work to maintain cleanliness and order in the designated work area: 1) cleaning and maintenance of the company territory, yard, and adjacent areas; 2) maintaining the building entrance in proper condition; 3) territory cleaning according to weather conditions – removal of leaves, snow, sand, and other debris; 4) maintenance of the company territory lawn in summer; 5) opening and closing building doors at specified times; 6) responsibility for cleanliness and order on the company territory; 7) when necessary, perform other cleaning and maintenance-related work on the company territory as directed by the company management. Requirements: 1) Ability to independently perform work related to territory maintenance. 2) Ability to use simple hand tools, professional grounds and plant care equipment, and plant care products (including proper dosing). Advantages for candidates: 1) experience working as a groundskeeper; 2) ability to perform work with high quality. Compensation and working conditions will be discussed individually.
