MILITARY INSTRUCTOR
Profession code 0210 05. Position: 1 full-time. Employment relationship for an indefinite period.
Position Purpose
Conduct educational work in military subjects.
Main Responsibilities
· conduct training sessions in accordance with the junior instructor course level, according to class schedules and curricula;
· provide support to course supervisors and instructors in implementing the educational process;
· offer suggestions for improving military training programs;
· ensure preparation of materials and documentation needed for training;
· evaluate and analyze students' acquired knowledge and skills, ensure data entry into the school management system "E-Klase";
· develop students' creative approach and independence in the learning process;
· provide individual support to students according to their abilities and needs;
· connect the theoretical and practical parts of the learning process;
· supervise order in training facilities and ensure cleanliness and organization;
· participate in school community life.
Requirements for Candidates
· secondary professional education and a study program component related to pedagogy of at least two credit points or at least 72 hours;
· Instructor Course;
· state language proficiency at B2 level;
· at least 3 years of experience in organizing/conducting training processes in the defense sector;
· ability to analyze and compile large amounts of various types of information;
· good English language skills (according to military profession standards);
· experience in document preparation (drafts of regulatory acts);
· ability to plan, organize work, excellent communication and presentation skills;
· knowledge of the Ministry and institutions under its authority, including NBS, tasks and structure;
· user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
· sense of responsibility and accuracy.
We Offer
a soldier's monthly salary is determined according to Cabinet Regulation No. 509 of 26.08.2014 "Regulations on the Procedure and Amount of Soldier's Monthly Salary and Special Allowances"; employee monthly salary (gross) starting from 1280 euro to 1731 euro (according to the category determined in accordance with remuneration-regulating legal acts),
stable and responsible work, social guarantees and professional development opportunities.
