We are now seeking committed serving staff on a full-time basis. The Company Åkerblads Gästgiveri, Hotell & SPA is a family-owned business that has been in the family's hands since the 1400s. Today, the 19th-22nd generation of Åkerblad works with a strong team to offer guests an unforgettable experience. The hotel is located in the picturesque and well-renowned TÄLLBERG in Dalarna. For over 100 years, this place has been a destination for celebrities, royalty, and people seeking peace and harmony. Åkerblads Gästgiveri, Hotell & SPA consists of 73 unique and individually decorated guest rooms as well as a Gästgiveri (inn) that offers locally produced raw materials of high standard and quality for both weekend guests and conference guests. The hotel is currently classified with four stars and is focused on continuous development where quality is one of the cornerstones. Our latest addition to the company is the Spa department, where we offer 3 therapy rooms, 1 couple treatment room, hydrotherapy bath, and a spa suite with its own hot tub and sauna. The spa department's water experience welcomes with a completely new pool area with indoor and outdoor bathing, year-round. The SPA concept also includes a fully equipped gym, sauna, relaxation areas, product shop, and pool bar. About the Role As part of our service team, you help ensure that every guest receives a professional, warm, and personal experience. You work with everything from à la carte service to conference meals and lunch service. The role requires both attention to detail, flexibility, and a passion for service. Responsibilities · Serving food and beverages in the Gästgiveri · Participating in service preparations (table settings, mise en place) · Providing professional recommendations for food and beverages · Ensuring high service standards and good hospitality · Collaboration with the kitchen and other hotel staff · Contributing to order and quality in the dining room We are Looking for Someone Who · Has experience in serving, preferably in a high-standard hotel or restaurant · Is service-oriented, positive, and responsible · Has good teamwork skills and is flexible · Thrives at a fast pace and is stress-resilient · Speaks Swedish and English · Has experience with à la carte service.
