About the Job Experienced service staff wanted – Roppongi Izakaya, Gothenburg Roppongi Izakaya in central Gothenburg is looking for two new people to join our service team. We are a fast-paced restaurant with many guests and a work style where good communication, structure, and teamwork are essential. That's why we're looking for someone who already has restaurant service experience and feels confident in the role of server. You need to be able to manage multiple tables at once, work independently, prioritize during intense periods, and maintain a professional and personal approach with guests. We're primarily looking for people who enjoy working at a fast pace and want to be an important part of a strong service team. For one of the positions, we'd particularly like someone with more experience who can, over time or immediately depending on experience, take on greater responsibility in service and act as a lead during shifts. The other position is perfect for you if you're an experienced and confident server who wants to focus on service and guests without necessarily having leadership responsibilities. We're looking for someone who: • Has previous restaurant service experience • Is comfortable working at a fast pace • Can work independently while also supporting the team when needed • Has a good sense for service and guest hospitality • Is responsible, punctual, and solution-oriented • Can communicate in Swedish and/or English Experience from fast-paced restaurants, larger sections, bar service, or similar environments is a plus.
