Job Responsibilities: Take orders from guests and provide recommendations on food and beverages. Serve food and drinks in a professional and efficient manner, and ensure that guests are satisfied throughout their meal. Greet guests and create a positive atmosphere to provide a memorable experience. Clean and prepare tables for the next seating, including restocking cutlery and glasses. Handle cash register systems and payments, and ensure that all transactions are recorded correctly. Follow up on customer satisfaction by collecting feedback and handling any complaints professionally. Work together with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Keep the work area clean and organized in accordance with applicable hygiene and safety regulations. Qualifications: Experience in the restaurant industry, in a server role, is required. Good communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Knowledge of menus and beverages to be able to provide good recommendations to guests. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders simultaneously, especially during busy times. Service-oriented and positive attitude with a focus on creating a pleasant guest experience. Good teamwork skills and ability to work efficiently in a team. Flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends.
