We serve classic meat and fish dishes, pasta dishes and pizzas in a warm and welcoming environment where all guests feel at home. Agaton is a restaurant with a fast pace, strong identity and a long tradition of excellent service. Now we are looking for service staff who want to be part of creating an exceptional guest experience. About the Role As a server at Agaton, you are one of our most important ambassadors. You greet guests with warmth, professionalism and energy, and you ensure that every visit is both smooth and memorable. You work closely with the head waiter, kitchen and colleagues in the dining room to create an efficient and positive flow. About You You have at least 3 years of experience working in a dining room or similar service role. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and find it easy to juggle multiple tasks. You are communicative, positive and have a genuine interest in service and guest relations. You work in a structured manner and are confident in taking responsibility for your stations and guests. You are comfortable with cash registers, payments and booking systems. You contribute to a good work environment and enjoy working in a team.
