Permanent position, single-shift operation with flexible working hours. Start date available immediately. Job Responsibilities: technical and user support for clients (via phone and remote management from the office); performing regular safety and technical inspections (BTK) and equipment inspections at customer sites; handling service requests and diagnosing faults; scheduled field visits throughout the Czech Republic (approximately 2-3 days per week, remainder of week providing support at the office) Requirements: very good knowledge of working with PCs (OS configuration, network settings, diagnostics); willingness to travel throughout the Czech Republic (valid driver's license category B); electrical engineering education or corresponding qualification/certification advantageous; communication skills for phone support and customer interactions; independence, reliability, and analytical thinking in problem-solving.
