Job Responsibilities: - Daily presence at assigned facilities within the region - Maintenance and operational issue resolution - Technical building management including manual repairs - Emergency and on-call service calls Requirements: - Technical education (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc.) - Professional qualification for work on electrical equipment per regulations (e.g., NV 194/2022 Sb.) - Knowledge of building technical systems: HVAC (heating, cooling, ventilation), Low-voltage electrical installation, Measurement and control systems - Ability to understand technical documentation - Experience in facility management or building maintenance - Building operations experience (preferably administrative buildings, banks, retail) - Ability to troubleshoot and respond to emergencies - Fault diagnosis and resolution - Performing preventive and routine maintenance - Ensuring and monitoring inspections and services - Category B driver's license - Clean criminal record Employee Benefits: Individual compensation, five weeks vacation, meal vouchers, cafeteria, one day paid sick leave, MultiSport card, employee discounts with selected business partners.Initial contact by email.
