Service Technician (M/F) Would you like to be part of a Czech company whose machines work around the world? We are looking for a technically-minded colleague to join our service team who will handle installations, service, and technical support for laminating and coating machines at customer locations in the Czech Republic and abroad. At KOMFI, we develop and manufacture machines for the printing industry and supply them to customers worldwide. We are looking for someone who is not afraid of technical challenges, travel, or communicating with customers, and who will help build professional customer service and a strong reputation for our company on a global scale. What awaits you: o Installation and commissioning of laminating and coating machines at customer sites, o Activation and adjustment of mechanical, electrical, and software parameters of machines, o Diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software faults, o Performing regular maintenance and service inspections, o Technical support for customers in person, by phone, and online, o Training customers in equipment operation and maintenance, o Communication with customers and distributors in English, o Maintenance of service documentation and electronic records of service visits, o Contribution to building quality after-sales service. What knowledge and skills you should have: o Secondary or higher technical education, o Ability to navigate technical documentation, mechanical and electrical drawings, o Ability to independently solve technical problems, o Knowledge of English language both spoken and written, o Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic and abroad, o Group B driver's license, o Independence, attention to detail, and a responsible approach. It will be an advantage if you have: o Experience in service or technical support, o Experience with industrial machines or manufacturing technology, o Additional language skills.
