Service Technician - Mechanic (m/f)

We are currently looking for additional team members for our Service department who aren't afraid to visit customers, understand machines, and know how to bring them back to life or get them back into perfect shape. Warning: no point reading on if you're not: independent and responsible, able to work with information and make decisions, an enthusiast who likes finding solutions - at TGS we're very creative, communicative, because you need to talk to customers like humans, flexible and comfortable handling fieldwork operations - you'll get a notebook and tablet at your disposal What will you do with us? For the customer, you'll be the most important person because you'll solve their problems. You can expect customer visits and you'll independently handle service interventions on CNC machines. Install new machines and commission them. Diagnose faults and restore machines to working condition. Perform maintenance, adjustments, and mechanical repairs. Check machine accuracy and fine-tune their operation. Communicate with the customer directly on site (become the face of TGS during customer visits). Maintain service documentation for cases. Do you have this down? Do you have a secondary technical education and are you into technology? Have you ever serviced or maintained machines before? Does mechanics mean something to you? We'd love to meet a mechanical engineer, agricultural machinery repairman, or hydraulics enthusiast. Can you read technical documentation? Are you not intimidated by diagnostics and do you enjoy finding the root cause of problems? Do you have a driver's license category B and does traveling make sense to you - as a service technician you'll become a master of Czech geography?? What extra points do you score? Do you know CNC machines (mills, lathes, machining centers)? Do you have a basic overview of controls (Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens)? Do you understand hydraulics or pneumatics? Can you measure machine precision and geometry? English for reading documentation? In return, we offer...
