Service Technician What will your work week look like? You will travel to our customers (we have 100% customers abroad with service trips primarily throughout Europe, but occasionally flying to America as well...) and work together with electrical technicians to install, service, maintain, and inspect our machines. You won't spend much time in the office—most of your time will be in the field where you'll handle: • Regular preventive machine maintenance, • Troubleshooting and resolving equipment faults, • Machine installation, • Replacing faulty parts with new ones, • Maintaining service records and documentation, • Phone communication with clients. How do we envision you? • You have secondary technical education or relevant experience as a service technician that substitutes for formal education. • Experience servicing hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment. • English language proficiency at least B1 level (you won't be intimidated by English in manuals and you're confident speaking with supervisors abroad). • You're an active driver capable of independently traveling by car to foreign destinations. • You're independent, but also enjoy teamwork and are reliable. • You're not afraid to communicate with people, you can present professionally, and product presentations are familiar to you. It would be great if you have: Previous experience as a Service Technician—ideally with prior experience in industrial systems assembly, ventilation systems, air conditioning, or electrical installation.
