Job Responsibilities: Service technician diagnoses faults on bicycles, performs repairs and adjustments on all types of bicycles. ? Assembly of new bicycles from the box and their service ? Performing warranty and post-warranty services ? Service of customer bicycles according to customer orders ? Recommending appropriate service types to customers ? Participation in regular supplier internal training ? Maintaining and strengthening customer relationships ? Inventory management and assistance with identifying and planning purchase requirements ? Supervising and maintaining cleanliness in the service area ? Working on point-of-sale systems
