We are now looking for service-oriented serving staff for Terassen Vildmarkshotellet & Restaurant Hyllan who want to be part of creating magical overall experiences for our guests! The Role of Serving Staff As a server/waitress, you will work with table orders where you manage multiple seatings simultaneously and are responsible for payment and sales reporting. You will also work in the buffet & bar. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in food, beverages, service & guest care, who wants to have fun at work and is driven by the desire to provide the best possible service to our hotel guests and create memorable moments and experiences. You have previous experience in the restaurant industry. We have a large operation and our restaurants accommodate a total of nearly 700 people together. This means that the pace at the restaurant can often be high, and the work requires that you as a person are both efficient and stress-resilient. As a person, you are flexible, responsible, and solution-oriented in your way of working. You enjoy working in a team characterized by professional and pleasant collaboration where you take your own responsibility to contribute to this. We are looking for someone who sees possibilities in everything and everyone and who always works to give our guests the best experience. You should be unpretentious and see that we help each other to do a good job rather than focusing on your own work performance. The positions are fixed-term part-time employment, mainly evening and weekend work but weekdays also occur. We are looking for service professionals who want to come and work from August and for the rest of the year. To work in service, you must be at least 18 years old.
