Server Wanted at Interpool Uppsala Would you like to work at one of Uppsala's largest and most dynamic meeting places? Interpool is more than a sports bar—it's a vibrant destination where restaurant, bar, nightlife, sports, events, and social experiences come together under one roof. We're now looking for more dedicated team members to join our service staff. With us, you'll meet everyone from dinner guests to after-work groups, sports fans, and event visitors. About the Position As a server at Interpool, you're an important part of the guest experience. You're the face of our establishment to our guests and are responsible for delivering high-quality service in an energetic environment. Your responsibilities include: Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and personal manner Take orders and serve food and beverages Ensure guests have a first-class experience throughout their visit Actively work on upselling food and drinks Operate the cash register and handle payments Contribute to order, cleanliness, and a well-functioning restaurant environment Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and other colleagues Working hours are primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends. We're Looking for You If You Have at least 1 year of experience in food service within the restaurant industry Are at least 18 years old Have a genuine interest in service and hospitality Are social, positive, and comfortable interacting with people Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously Are responsible, solution-oriented, and flexible Have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment Speak Swedish and/or English Experience from sports bars, larger restaurants, or event operations is a plus.
