CamRo AB is the general agent in Sweden for several leading brands in park machinery, green space maintenance and electric work vehicles. From our headquarters in Sundsvall, we operate sales, spare parts warehouse, shop and workshop. Our customers are located throughout Norrland and we collaborate with resellers across large parts of Sweden. Now we are looking for an experienced and independent workshop manager service technician who wants to help develop our business. About the position As workshop manager at CamRo, you will have a key role in the company. You are responsible for the daily operation of the workshop and work practically with service, repairs and troubleshooting of our machinery and vehicles. We also have Sweden's spare parts warehouse here, which makes service and repairs at our workshop much easier. Because we are a smaller company, we are looking for someone with experience who enjoys taking responsibility, planning your work and finding solutions for our customers. CamRo is built on staff who collaborate and enjoy their work, through this we also achieve a very high level of service to all our customers. Responsibilities Service and maintenance of park machinery and work vehicles Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems Diagnostics and problem solving Customer contact and technical advice Planning and prioritization of workshop work Management of warranties, spare parts and documentation for the workshop Support to resellers and customers on technical matters Quotes, orders and invoicing Work takes place both in the workshop and in the field (mostly in Västernorrland & Jämtland, but in some cases further away) We are looking for you who Have experience as a service technician, vehicle technician or equivalent Have good knowledge of service, repair and troubleshooting of vehicles or machinery Have experience with electrical systems and electrical troubleshooting Can work independently and take responsibility for a workshop Are service-oriented and have good communication skills Speak and write Swedish and English fluently Requirements B driving license Swedish and English in speech and writing Have worked in a workshop with vehicle service, work machinery, construction machinery or park machinery Meritorious BE driving license Experience with construction machinery or park machinery Experience with hydraulics Experience with electric vehicles Experience with spare parts management and customer contact We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
